ALAYA SAMARINDA

Alaya is located on Ahmad Yani Street, a main road in Samarinda that leads to Bontang. As a residential and commercial development, we plan for Alaya to be a destination in Samarinda. The urban concept at the commercial area is designed to support the resort-like residential area. Being located at 45 meters above sea level, allows us to enjoy the view of Samarinda at Alaya.
