Cikarang is a densely populated area that has high demand of residential and shop houses, therefore Cifest Walk was designed to provide a modern commercial center with festive, green, and light concept. Accomodate more than 200 shop houses, Cifest Walk also equipped with facilities such as hotel, super market, food court, and water park. Cikarang Festival (Cifest) Walk is flanked by Jl. Raya Cikarang-Cibarusah on the east side and Villa Mutiara Cikarang Residence on the west side. On the north side, there are four existing shophouses with a road (Jl. Villa Mutiara Cikarang) in the middle. Waterpark, hotel, and F&B are placed on the east side as well as an opening of 100 meters became the first executed to attract visitors. Supermarkets such as Hypermarts or Giant are placed in the middle and act as triggers that attract people to enter the Cifest Walk.
