"Green Settlement in the Middle of a golf course" is the concept which underlies Springhill Golf Residences, an exclusive housing estate built in the middle of 18 holes golf course. This project requires special attention due to its location and expensive land price.
Located in a new urban area of Bandar Kemayoran, Springhill is completed with a road garden system that separates pedestrian line and motorized vehicle. This road garden contributes to the increasing green space above the roadway for 10.51%.
