GOLF ISLAND

We believe that Jakarta should not merely be considered as a city with a beach, but a beach city. For this reason, we designed Jakarta Waterfront City as a new icon in Jakarta. This design plan is dependant upon the survival of mangrove forest, cleanliness of the ocean, beauty of the coast, and creating a planned urbanization.

This region is an 800 hectares land development supported with an access to the TOL road and other roads along the coast. Jakarta Waterfront City will be divided into 3 islands with different theme: Marina Island, Resort Island, and Golf Island. Its existence is also supported by a 100 meters mangrove forest and 200 meters lateral canal. The 3 islands are equipped with vertical belt.

The potentials and weaknesses of this project are made into its strength, such as: polder view, sea view, golf view, marina view, north and south orientation, sea side golf course, and marina. We also follow the regional regulation regarding, land use, KDB, KLB, building height, and transportation system integration that is consistent with the platform of Badan Pelaksana Reklamasi Pantura.
