This project is intended for expatriates who live in suburban area of Jakarta. The main goal of this project is a site with natural atmosphere, with the support of a river that goes through the site.

We provide a spacious lot, being ranged between 500 - 1000 m2. We also designed the building mass as a singular mass, and provide a pedestrian road (brand gang) behind every lot, which can be used as a sport and recreation facility.
