Public green space that is located next to the site and its swimming pool, that can also be used by the townhouses, give Maple Park Residences an attractive view. This design is an alteration from a former design that puts shophouses in front of the apartment. Since shophouses tend to have negative effect on how an apartment is perceived, we decided to change the design. The shophouses were replaced by townhouses.
