Greenwich Park in BSD City has a total area of 47 hectares consisting of 7 clusters of houses. Greenwich Park carries the concept of "Parkland Resort" which is inspired from the place where the king and queen of England vacation in London. Greenwich is equipped with various facilities such as community park, jogging track, and smart home security system with double security access.

There are special facilities of 3 types of club house, namely Phi Phi Club which is intended for children, Bora Bora Club for teenagers, and Barbuda Club for adults. Phi Phi Club is equipped with playing pool, indoor library and games room. Bora Bora Club is equipped with lounge, pool, karaoke, waterplay and games room. Barbuda Club is intended for adults and equipped by swimming pool, gym, lounge, aerobic and gazebo.
