Located near the gate of outer ring highway to Jakarta, and located near an exclusive area, Pondok Indah, This 80 ha land becomes an opportunity for the developer to present an alternative luxurious residence that offers something different than what Pondok Indah offers.

A brainstorming session with BSD team brought forth the name The Green with green as a theme. This theme is presented with every architectural building in this project. This can be seen from the 22m tower with leaves ornament, green pillars, and sculptures of children using banana leaves as an umbrella. All of this contributes to the theme of this project.
